Since 2021, Rising Queens Inc. has remained committed to uplifting women, youth, and families through direct service, education, and community-centered initiatives. Our work is rooted in meeting immediate needs while building pathways toward long-term stability, empowerment, and opportunity.

Rising Queens Inc. prioritizes serving individuals and families who are often overlooked by systems and society. Through hands-on outreach, we work to restore dignity, provide relief, and strengthen community connections.

Our outreach efforts include:

• Feeding unhoused individuals within the community
   
• Distributing blessing bags with essential hygiene items
   
• Donating non-perishable food items to support families during the holiday season
   
• Supporting seniors in nursing homes by providing hygiene essentials that promote comfort and dignity
   

In 2022 and 2023, Rising Queens Inc. also supported the Rock County community through participation in the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, helping ensure children and families experienced joy, generosity, and support during the holiday season.

Rising Queens Inc. invests in youth development through mentorship and social skills programming designed to help young people thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Through the 608 Kidz program, youth receive guidance, positive role modeling, and support focused on:

• Building confidence and self-esteem
   
• Strengthening communication and social skills
   
• Developing emotional awareness and positive decision-making
   
• Encouraging leadership and healthy relationships

Rising Queens Inc. maintains strong partnerships with the School District of Beloit, providing direct support to students and families when it is needed most. In collaboration with Robinson Elementary School, Rising Queens supplies non-perishable food items and essential resources to support families and individuals experiencing food insecurity, particularly during school breaks when access to meals may be limited. 

Additionally, Rising Queens Inc. partners annually with Fruzén Middle School to support the school’s Martin Luther King Jr. Dinner, known as Soul Food Night, held each February in honor of Black History Month. As part of this partnership, Rising Queens prepares and provides meals for the event, allowing the school to serve students, parents, and community members while fostering cultural awareness, unity, and celebration.
 

Each August, Rising Queens Inc. hosts a Free Back-to-School Laundry Day, ensuring children return to school with clean clothes and confidence. This annual initiative removes a practical but significant barrier for families and supports student success in a dignified and meaningful way.

Since 2021, Rising Queens Inc. has proudly organized Juneteenth Day Beloit, creating a space that honors Black history, celebrates freedom, and brings the community together through education, culture, and unity. This event has become a meaningful community tradition rooted in remembrance, joy, and collective resilience.

Rising Queens Inc. participates in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk in honor of survivors, in memory of loved ones, and in support of individuals and families impacted by cancer. This participation reflects our commitment to health awareness, solidarity, and community healing.

Rising Queens Inc. delivers entrepreneurship and financial literacy programming designed to promote long-term economic stability and community growth.

Through the Mind Your Business program:

• 23 participants were served in Beloit, Wisconsin
   
• 53 participants were served in Rockford, Illinois
   

In 2022 and 2023, Rising Queens Inc. was awarded grant funding through the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) to implement Mind Your Business programming in Beloit, Wisconsin. As a result, more than eight new businesses were successfully launched, contributing to local economic development and community growth.

Additionally, Rising Queens Inc. was contracted to facilitate Mind Your Business classes as part of an R3 Grant–funded initiative awarded to Hope Fellowship Church. In this role, Rising Queens served as the contracted program facilitator, delivering structured entrepreneurship and financial literacy education within a trusted community setting.

Rising Queens Inc. provides motivational and educational speaking engagements focused on empowerment, entrepreneurship, youth advocacy, healing, and community development. These engagements allow Rising Queens to extend its impact beyond local boundaries and support communities across state lines.
